‘Nourish’: Aptly named ‘Nourish’, this is a one-on-one customised health coaching program to help you meet your health, wellness and self care goals, the flexible and happy way. The program includes coaching sessions, email support, nourishing gifts, recipes and wellness tools to nurture you back to health.

‘Relish’: Cooking is often made out to be a big deal – something that only people with training or time can tackle. But at Luscious Health, we believe that home cooking can be and should be simple, fun and nourishing. On the whole, it’s also more healthy, pocket-friendly and delicious.

‘Savour Health’: You can save your health with some know-how. I offer peppy health workshops and talks to fill you in on various aspects of wellbeing and arm you with tips to help you claim your own health. These talks and workshops are customised for:
